With great passion, sparked by my grandparents and mum, I love classic recipes for traditional vegetable and meat dishes as well as desserts. During the truffle season from August to December, I also offer recipes with truffles, as I am a truffle hunter with my Labradoodle dog Fiorella. As a professional actress who loves to cook and eat, I started sharing my enthusiasm for cooking on Instagram during the pandemic. I was able to encourage many people to try traditional classics without fear. I’Il love picking elderberries in May, and truffle season starts at the end of June. I try to buy affordable, high-quality food and use up every last crumb of leftovers.
This not only saves money, but also reduces waste. Since I love animals – I’m a dog mother, after all – when I buy meat, I make sure it comes from animals
that have been lovingly raised and treated with dignity. In my opinion, meat should never be taken for granted.
