Mini Pastry Cups with Cream Cheese Filling are the perfect appetiser when friends or family drop by unexpectedly. These little appetiser patties (finger food) with a creamy cream cheese filling can be on the table in 10 minutes – quick to make, beautifully presented and always a hit.
Ingredients for the mini pies
- 15 mini patties (CH-Coop)
- 200 g cream cheese
- caper
- 1 organic lemon
- cucumber water
- 1 pinch of salt & pepper


Preparation of the mini pies
- Bake the mini pies in the oven at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Then allow to cool slightly.
- In the meantime, you can prepare the filling. Simply mix cream cheese (plain) with lemon zest, lemon juice and chopped capers, then season with cucumber water.
- Place everything in a piping bag and fill the mini patties.
- Decorate with herbs or edible flowers.
▷ Cucumber water is the best way to quickly spice up dishes, potato salad or salad vinaigrette. Simply pour it through a tea strainer. Your “spice mix” is ready.

Mini-Pasteten mit Frischkäsefüllung
Ingredients
- 15 Mini-Pasteten CH-Coop
- 200 g Frischkäse
- 2 EL Kapern
- 1 Stück Bio-Zitrone
- 30 ml Gurkenwasser
- 1 Prise Salz & Pfeffer
Instructions
- Die Mini-Pasteten 8-10 min bei 180 Grad im Ofen backen. Danach etwas abkühlen lassen
- In der Zwischenzeit kannst Du die Füllung zubereiten. Einfach Frischkäse (Nature) mit Zitronenabrieb, Zitronensaft und gehackten Kapern vermischen mit Gurkenwasser würzen, achtung die Masse kann schnell zu flüssig werden, deswegen das Gurkenwasser nach und nach reingeben.
- Alles in einen Spritzsack geben und die Mini-Pasteten füllen.
- Mit Kräutern oder essbaren Blumen dekorieren.
