Many of my dishes are shaped by family traditions (Sundays at my grandparents’ house, sometimes inspired by northern German cuisine, sometimes by French) – and at the same time by my life in Switzerland: at the weekend, I often cook at our holiday home in the Swiss mountains, where I like to focus on regional, seasonal cuisine.
My name is Vivi – I’m an actress and food creator. Over the years, I’ve rediscovered cooking: first as a practical skill for when I’m on the go, then as a real passion. It really took off when I plucked up the courage to cook for my partner – a porcini mushroom risotto was where it all began. Since the pandemic, I’ve been sharing my favourite recipes on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
